  1. Who we are

    This website is operated by Heisenberg Technologies, based in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. For any privacy question, email hello@heisenbergtech.dev.

  2. Information we collect

    This website does not collect or store personal information. The project inquiry form runs entirely in your browser: it checks your details and prepares a message, but sends nothing. We only receive what you choose to send us yourself, by email or WhatsApp, which typically includes:

    • your name and email address
    • your company name and a budget, if you gave them
    • the type of project, if you chose one
    • your project description

    We do not take payments or collect payment details on this website.

  3. How we use it

    We use your inquiry only to reply to you, understand and scope your project, and communicate with you about work you have asked us about. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

  4. How it is processed

    The site has no server of its own and no database. When you prepare an inquiry, it opens in your own email app (or WhatsApp) for you to send; until you do, nothing leaves your device. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs of page requests.

  5. Third-party services

    Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the homepage loads its interactive 3D robot from Spline (spline.design), whose viewer also fetches files from unpkg.com. These providers receive your IP address when your browser requests those files. If you contact us by email or on WhatsApp, that message is also handled by your email provider or by WhatsApp under their own privacy policies.

  6. Cookies and analytics

    This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics tracking. It keeps one note in your browser's session storage so the intro screen isn't shown twice in the same visit; it is cleared when you close the tab. If any of this changes, this policy will be updated first.

  7. How long we keep it

    We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for our project and business records.

  8. Your choices

    You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@heisenbergtech.dev.
